Installation Information

Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
-
Relieve fuel system pressure.
-
Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel injector.
-
Remove the fuel rail mounting bolts or clips.
-
Carefully lift the fuel rail, allowing the injectors to slide out.
-
Install new O-rings on the new fuel injectors.
-
Insert the new fuel injectors into the fuel rail.
-
Seat the fuel rail with the new injectors onto the engine intake manifold.
-
Install the fuel rail mounting bolts or clips.
-
Reconnect the electrical connectors to the fuel injectors.
-
Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
-
Turn the ignition key to the ON position for a few seconds, then OFF, repeating this cycle several times to build fuel pressure.
-
Check for fuel leaks before starting the engine.
